Warranty

Discoloration
For all our gold filled items, we give a warranty for discoloration. In principle, these items should not discolour. If this does happen, we would like to hear from you so that we can offer a replacement piece of jewelry.

Damage
When your item breaks or is faulty, we offer a 6 month warranty period.
If it's been longer than 6 months you can always send us an email at info@thetwocollectors.nl so we can see what we can do for you.
